At Rooted and Growing, every product is made to order and printed with care, just for you. Because each item is uniquely created at the time of purchase, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection — so please check our size guides carefully before ordering.
We will always make it right if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- There is a printing error or quality issue
- Your order is lost in transit
In any of these cases, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order (or your expected delivery date) at jcontour@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
Non-returnable situations:
- Incorrect size or colour selected at checkout
- Change of mind after purchase
- Items damaged due to improper care
